  Senior .NET and TypeScript developer

  • Building a new ASP.NET and Angular application to replace a handful of legacy systems previously held together by Oracle Forms, Spring Boot, Python and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Designed the cloud infrastructure using IaC (AWS CDK), and took ownership of the frontend architecture and large parts of the ASP.NET backend where needed

  • Led ten three-month bootcamps and helped about 200 people grow into employable developers; also took responsibility for two Java bootcamps.
  • Acted as lead and manager for multiple teams at a time, balancing technical coaching, emotional guidance, prioritisation, code review and group dynamics.
  • Wrote and held lectures and labs, evaluated code, guided final product releases, and made harder calls about who wasn't ready to continue.
